NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Billy Porter for his contributions to the performing arts and his representation of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University on the world stage; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare October 1, 2013 to be “” in the City of Pittsburgh.
