THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, acknowledging the sacred significance of generating laughter at the expense of people in power in our democracy, does hereby declare October 10, 2013 to be Off The Record XIII: All the Burgh's a Stage! Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
