Resolution further amending Resolution No. 619, effective January 1, 2005, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2005 Capital Budget and the 2005 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2005 through 2010 Capital Improvement Program,” by reducing East Liberty- Penn Circle by $140,000.00 and South Millvale Avenue Bridge by $140,000.00 to close the projects.
