Resolution further amending Resolution No. 891, effective January 1, 2003, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2003 Capital Budget and the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2003 through 2008 Capital Improvement Program," by reducing Rescue Tools by $9,500.00 and the Freedom Corner Capital Improvements by $2,336.04 to close the projects.
