NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Martin Elikan for his many years of hard work and dedication to the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, and wishes him many happy years of retirement; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday October 18, 2013 to be “Martin Elikan Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
