Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Finance to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Kolano Design to provide a design template document for the City of Pittsburgh's Market Based Revenue Opportunities (MBRO) program, at a cost not to exceed twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars.
