Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of City Planning to encumber monies in the Department of City Planning 2013 Capital Budget, items 2013 Bicycle and Transportation Planning and Education, and to enter into contract or contract, agreement or agreements, professional service agreements or utilize existing contracts and other services, at a cost not to exceed $40,000.
