NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize The Children's Home's continuous excellence in establishing and strengthening families for 120 years, and Rick Sebak's incredible contribution to Pittsburgh through his many cherished documentaries; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare November 1, 2013 to be “The Children's Hometown Hero Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
