NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Scott Evans for his tremendous work ethic on and off the field and congratulates him on his acceptance into Harvard; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, October 29, 2013, to be “Scott Evans Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
