Resolution amending Resolution No. 446 of 2024, which allocated an additional Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the agreement with Frost, Brown, Todd LLC, by authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to extend the Agreement or Agreements with Frost, Brown, Todd LLC for legal assistance relating to real estate, public finance, municipal law, and as-needed consultation by adding Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for a new total not to exceed Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00).
