Caliguiri Amyloidosis Foundation in an amount not to exceed sixteen thousand, four hundred, eleven dollars ($16,411.00), in connection with the 2013 Great Race in the Department of Parks and Recreation, without previous authority of law; and providing for the payment thereof.
