NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and congratulate Doris Carson Williams for her dedication to Community Service Leadership and Excellence in the City of Pittsburgh and throughout western Pennsylvania; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare December 10, 2013 to be “Doris Carson Williams Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
