NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor Jean Fink for her tireless devotion to public service as a member of the Pittsburgh Board of Education; she will be sorely missed; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, December 16, 2013 to be “Jean Fink Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
