Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Project License Agreement with The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, The Allegheny County Sanitation Authority, and The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority to provide certain storm water pilot intervention projects for the Panther Hollow Watershed in Schenley Park.
