Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into a temporary construction easement agreement, and/or any related agreements or amendments, with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”) for the purpose of allowing the URA and its contractors and subcontractors to access City-owned property at Nine Mile Run in Swisshelm Park during the URA’s slag heap remediation project, at no cost to the City.
