Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh City Code, Title One, Administrative, Chapter 120, to create the Department of Innovation and Performance to encompass current City Information Systems employees, responsibilities, and functions in order to formalize the status of the Department and set roles, responsibilities, and functions for its Director.
