Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a cooperation agreement with Pittsburgh Regional Transit for post-construction, access, and maintenance of certain City owned steps to be constructed around Downing Street in the 6th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, at no cost to the city.
