NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Michael Carruth for his accolades and continued commitment to the advancement of youth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does recognize the efforts of the three aforementioned Pittsburgh nonprofits and wishes them great success in hosting The Donnybrook: Ambassador's Cup.
