NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Kelly Hughes for the services she provides to families residing in the City of Pittsburgh through Pgh Momtourage; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, February 11, 2014, to be “Pgh Momtourage Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
