Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Responsible Hospitality Institute to assist the City in studying various issues including but not limited to transportation, District Management, Public Safety, Personal Accountability and Hospitality Development solutions within the Carson Street corridor as part of a plan to manage nightlife impacts using the Carson Street as a pilot, termed Responsible Hospitality in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.
