NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor and congratulate Nathaniel Gray on his mere fortitude to not only survive, but, to prosper and become an accomplished member of the community BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, February 18, 2014, to be " Nathaniel Gray Day" in the City of Pittsburgh.
