NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Joshua Yoskosky and Joe Fogiato for their selfless and heroic efforts to save their neighbors from imminent harm caused by a devastating house fire; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare February 18, 2014 to be “Joshua Yoskosky and Joe Fogiato Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
