NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend; Evangelist Helen L. Pugh for her service to her local assembly; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, February 23, 2014, to be “Evangelist Helen Pugh Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
