Resolution Authorizing the joint filing, together with the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, of an application for federal assistance with the U.S. Economic Development Administration (“EDA”) for an FY 2014 Investments for Public Works and Economic Development Facilities Grant in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000 for the Lower Hill Redevelopment Project.
