Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement with the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County and Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh whereby the City and URA each designate the SEA as their agent for administration of an FY 2014 Investments for Public Works and Economic Development Facilities Grant in an amount not to exceed $3,000,00 from the U.S. Economic Development Administration for the Lower Hill Redevelopment Project.
