NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby officially recognize and welcome Irish Parliament Member Dinny McGinley and Deputy Consul General Peter Ryan as they visit the City of Pittsburgh and participate in the St. Patrick's Day Parade festivities.
