NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and congratulate Charlie Morrison on his much deserved retirement from the City of Pittsburgh, and thanks him for his dedicated years of service, and wishes him many happy years of retirement; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Tuesday, March 11, 2014 to be Charlie Morrison Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
