NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor Paul Hinerman for putting his life at risk to help a neighbor in need; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, March 18, 2014 to be “Paul Hinerman Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
