NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize, congratulate, and humbly thank Constance Miskis Zatek for her 41 years of dedicated service to the City of Pittsburgh, and wish her peace, rest, and joy throughout her much deserved retirement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Tuesday, March 18, 2014 to be “Constance Miskis Zatek Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
