Planning Districts, Chapter 908, Section 908.02 Grandview Public Realm District, 908.02.D.2 (b)(1) and 908.02 D.3 (c)(1) Height restrictions, by changing certain main structure heights from a Special Exception to a Conditional Use approval process in accordance with Section 922.06.
