Resolution authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements and other approved expenditures for the construction of Splash Zones, aquatic playground facilities using the 2014 Paygo Funds in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).
