Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Finance, and the Co-Director of the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Dr. Preston Green to provide consulting and mediation services to the Public Schools Task Force, expenditures not to exceed Twenty Thousand ($20,000) Dollars.
