Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreements or Contracts, with a Consultant or Consultants, or Vendor or Vendors, for the planning and development of signage in the public realm as it relates to network planning, placement, design, way-finding, and neighborhood identity branding. Projects funded in this line item may include but not be limited to planning, design, construction and/or installation of parks and greenway signage; Historic District signage; neighborhood gateway signage; signage inventories; visual resource assessments; sign decommissioning and other neighborhood place-making enhancements and activities in support of such enhancements at a cost not to exceed $45,000.00
