Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreements or Contracts, with a Consultant or Consultants, or Vendor or Vendors, for the purpose of conducting planning and management studies, and related activities in support of such studies including the purchase of data and data analysis equipment at a cost not to exceed $115,000.00.
