Resolution further amending Resolution No. 772, effective, January 1, 2013, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2013 Capital Budget and the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2013 through 2017 Capital Improvement Program," by transferring $600,000.00 in BOND funds from the "Wenzell Avenue and Carnahan Road" line item and transferring $125,050.00 in BOND funds from the "City Signal Update" line item and creating the "CBD (Central Business District) Signal Upgrades" line item in the amount of $725,050.00 BOND.
