NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend him for his dedication to the Lemington Community Services Senior Center ; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, June 5, 2014, to be “Mr. Elijah Gardner Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
