NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor the memory of Gwen Elliott and does hereby declare June 12, 2014 to be “Gwen Elliott Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
