Resolution further amending Resolution No. 796, effective, January 1, 2014, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2014 Capital Budget and the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2014 through 2019 Capital Improvement Program,” by transferring $597,777.00 in PAYGO funds from the “TIP Revolving Fund” line item to the “Reconstruction of Forbes Avenue , Phase 1B” line item.
