Resolution further amending Resolution No.796, effective, January 1, 2014, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2014 Capital Budget and the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2014 through 2019 Capital Improvement Program,” by creating the “Pittsburgh Summer Youth Employment Program” to be funded by a $500,000 transfer from Personnel's Operating Budget.
