Resolution amending Resolution No. 391, effective July 9, 2012 entitled “Resolution providing for a contract(s) or an agreement(s) with the Northside Leadership Conference for housing and development services on Lanark Street in the Fineview neighborhood and on Woodland and Shadeland Avenues in the Brightwood and providing for the payment of the cost thereof; cost shall not exceed $225,000.00” so as to transfer the projects from the Department of City Planning to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and authorize a cooperation agreement with URA.
