Resolution amending Resolution No. 352 of 2025, which authorized a Professional Service Agreement(s) and or Contract(s) with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC for consulting services for federal government affairs and legislative services, by extending the term through the second quarter of 2026, and increasing the approved amount by Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($15,500) for a new total cost not to exceed of Five Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($589,000) over ten (10) years.
