Resolution further amending Resolution No. 762, effective January 1, 2006, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2006 Capital Budget and the 2006 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2006 through 2011 Capital Improvement Program,” by reducing Mcardle Roadway by $55,845.43 to close the project.
