Resolution further amending Resolution No. 948, effective January 1, 2004, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2004 Capital Budget and the 2004 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2004 through 2009 Capital Improvement Program,” by reducing East Liberty -Penn Circle by $1,440,000.00 to close the project.
