Resolution further amending Resolution No. 833, effective January 1, 2002, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2002 Capital Budget and the 2002 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2002 through 2007 Capital Improvement Program,” by reducing East Liberty -Penn Circle by $171,105.47 and Lower Saw Mill Run by $150,000 to close the projects.
