NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, September 9th, 2014 to be National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month Day in the City of Pittsburgh and encourages all citizens to recognize treatment and recovery support programs throughout the rest of this year and beyond.
