NOW, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the City of Pittsburgh believes that the City should provide accessible, adequate, and private facilities other than a restroom for breast milk expression at 414 Grant Street and 200 Ross Street. Each Lactation Room or designated office space should be free from intrusion, either by the use of a locked door, or restricted entry access devices. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the facility should be equipped with suitable lighting and electricity if necessary for pumping apparatus.
