Resolution authoring the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to amend Resolution No. 148 of 2011 to increase the not-to-exceed amount allocated for its Spay and Neuter program for the Animal Control Division from $50,000 to $75,000 in order to cover expenses incurred from previously performed spay and neuter procedures as well as additional spay and neuter services currently scheduled on or before December 31, 2014.
