NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend the Alzheimer's Association Greater Pennsylvania Chapter for its dedicated work for people affected by Alzheimer's and related dementias and support for families and caregivers; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, October 11, 2014, to be “Walk to End Alzheimer's Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
