NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Teresa Minor for overcoming obstacles and giving back to the community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, October 7, 2014, to be “Terri Minor Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
