NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and honor Father Taylor for his 40 years of priesthood and being a blessing to the Church and the community that he serves; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, October 14, 2014, to be “Father David Taylor Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
